[Desktop] Select default sound device for Spotify Connect

Currently Spotify defaults to using the default sound device when launched, it would be neat if you could choose which sound device you want to use instead in the options screen.

i want spotify to power my hifi, which has it's own output. and i do not want to change my default output to the hifi, my computer has it's own speakers.

for this and a hundred other reasons, spotify needs this feature, like every other game & media player on the planet.

The lack of this feature seems to be the only thing keeping me from switcing to use Spotify for good. Just a tiny feature, but still so important.

I wrote a request for this years ago and then realized others had written similar requests years befor that. I ended my premium subscription mainly because this important feature is missing, but also because of the poor customer support. Get this fixed and I might consider returning.

Why was the spotify:config2 menu removed in the first place?
