Manage queue/playlists from Apple Watch

Now that Apple Watch users can download podcasts directly on the watch, users need an ability to manage their play queue on the watch when listening to something on the watch.

Along with this, users should be able to manage playlists from the watch. 

• Add episodes to a playlist
• remove episodes
• change playlist order

Being able to manage the queue is especially important when users use their watch without their phone - running outside as an example. 

These features have been in place for Apple Watch users of other podcast apps for some time now.

Please change the settings to that you can directly download Spotify app to an apple watch without an iphone.  Lots of families are buying apple watches for their kids INSTEAD of iphones, as apple watches can be used for safety features like allowing kids to call their parents, or have GPS.  When apple watches are set up for family members, it currently is impossible to get spotify on these family apple watches.  You cannot directly download spotify on the apple watch, and you can't download it for the apple watch in the parents iphone as the kid has a different apple app store id.  Please change this, it would be awesome!
