Shuffle the queue

I tend to make queues more than using playlists as I like to be in control of what I want to listen to. However, when I’m listening to new music I like to add multiple songs from other artists and manually shuffle the queue. Adding a shuffle option to queues will help in group settings as well as we’d be able to shuffle the queue with songs added by everyone. It would add to the surprise factor of what the next song is going to be. I think it would be great addition to add shuffle to queues as well.

Same issue as reported by some. There's a shuffle button on queue but when I select it, nothing happens. The songs stay and play in the same order as the playlist and in the order the playlists were added. I just want to add a bunch of playlists and have them shuffle. Why is that so hard?

This is such an essential and intuitive feature that it really makes me think there's not a single cloud streaming platform that just allows people do what ALL the fkng players can - even my university test player could do that. Guess it is so hard for the product team to understand that this is a very common scenario - mix a few of your playlist if you're in a mood for more than one of them. Would you suggest me creating a сartesian product number of playlist by mixing each with each? And keep them updated whenever one gets updated? Are you mad?
