Basically the idea of this is where you are able to cut out certain parts of a song, like if there is one part of a song that you don't like, you are able to remove it from the song(obviously locally). It should probably be a requirement to have it downloaded on the device via Premium, and the Spotify app pulls the spliced download and plays it. You could also make it refine itself to ensure a smooth transition between choruses by using AI to merge the 2 halves into the song, removing the unwanted portion, kind of like how the Spotify AI automatically mixes songs together.
