[iOS] Landscape mode on iPhone

Hello folks!

Since we just released "Landscape Mode on Android" and we marked the idea as "implemented", we wanted it to be fair with iPhone users (half of the comments were supporting Android half iPhone) so we have created this idea just for you iPhone users!

We have also added half of the kudos to be entirely fair.

Give it some kudos if you want to see this implemented.

After talking to the iOS team, we're keeping this idea as 'Not Right Now' as this isn't something we have any immediate plans to implement. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts.

 

If we do have any new info to share, rest assured we'll check back in here with a new status.

Users have to get on their knees and beg for something that should work from the start..  this is pathethic..  

 

Way to go Spotify,  keep focusing on trendy playlists, more advertising and features that nobody asked for, while ignoring your loyal paying members that just demand the app to work as it supposed to.. I've never seen this before.. unbelievable.. 

 

You may think you have a monopoly on streaming music, but you don't, users are walking away and they're not coming back..

iPhone 6 Plus = BIG SCREEN

 

I was wondering why Spotify wouldn't switch to landscape mode.  Since iPhone 6+ larger screen is now here, Spotify has no excuse!

please consider adding landscape mode at least for iphone 6 plus.  

 

much wanted feature for spotify app and loyal spotify customer.

Just switched to iOS from Android, and lack of landscape mode is very frustrating! Poor resolution on 6 Plus also makes me miss Android on Spotify. Why is the app so much worse on iOS? Does Spotify favour Android?

iPhone 6 Plus definitely has a big enough screen for this! So it should and most likely will be added whenever they finally update their app for the new iPhones

Something that logical should've been implemented from the start.. Many people use their phone as GPS in the car, which is landscaped...
