[iOS] Landscape mode on iPhone

Hello folks!

Since we just released "Landscape Mode on Android" and we marked the idea as "implemented", we wanted it to be fair with iPhone users (half of the comments were supporting Android half iPhone) so we have created this idea just for you iPhone users!

We have also added half of the kudos to be entirely fair.

I've left spotify for an other service because of this. I've been a paying customer in a lot of years, but I feel they really don't care about their customers. I'd love to come back (if i dont get to comfertable with my new solution) if they fix this stupid little thing. How hard can it be really?

Absolutely! Add the horizontal or landscape view of Spotify for all MS and iOS devices!!

"Not Right At the Moment" is laymen's words for "we don't have enough iOS engineers to render a landscape mode in our app".

Let's band together and make a third party app to fix this! (No idea if that's possible but still!) Something like tunedeck but rather than streaming, accessing the local Spotify library on the phone. How feasible is this idea?

If you have a jailbroken iPhone you can fix the problem quite easily.

Hi guys! Do you have any news about this feature for iPhone users? It would be great if I could have a better position in my car. I'm seriously thinking of switching to Apple Music, because there are so many simple things that Spotify gives no idea.

This is a bit ridiculous, to say it's a good idea and make it happen on one OS and not on the other and then make it a non priority.
