Now Playing does not pop up on Apple TV when opening from iOS app

When I open Spotify on my phone, and Airplay to my Apple TV, opening the Apple TV app does not open "Now Playing." Now Playing on Apple TV should always populate, if it is playing there, no matter the method used to open the playlist.

Delete podcast episodes you have to pay for

It is not possible to delete podcast episodes wich you have to pay for listening. They will disappear after two weeks but they are annoying and my suggestion is that they should be able to delete in the same way you can delete free episodes.
