having an addiction is hard, and youll go about any length to see it, its hard using this app and seeing that very stuff your trying to quit, either actually go through these accounts that are posting **bleep** on podcasts or just these like nsfw playlists, and if you wont do that atleast give an option in your podcasts tab to like hold on it press delete so it doesnt bring more or so you dont have to feel as ashamed when you see that in the recents. or make it so when you block the account that has posted it, it atleasts doesnt show there stuff anymore.

Just call it NSFW content, don't make us guess what you mean. Sexual themes are an inseperable part of music created by artists. Spotify is for everyone, that's why there's an "Explicit" tag for tracks that feature such themes or bad language. But if you're talking about straight up pornographic content on podcasts, I am sure it is not allowed, so just report it individually, because the thing you're asking for already exists and is, technically, enforced.
