Downtime September 16th, 2025: Users unable to log in and/or play content

We're seeing reports from users not being able to log in to Spotify or play music.

Hey folks,

 

This should now be fixed for everyone. If you're still having issues, try restarting your device.

Mines still not working I can’t log into the app but I can log into Spotify on safari

My Question or Issue

App logged me off, get an error when trying to log in again

Same issue started today,

Can't log in every time I receive "Something went wrong. Try again" 

 

This needs to be fixed.

 

I have tried a clean install, changing the wifi, cellular, and so on, but nothing is working.
