Release Radar not working

Status: Fixed

We've been receiving reports that users are having issues accessing their Release Radar. Some are also seeing the error message "This content is no longer available. Would you like to remove it from Your Library?".

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue.

 

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone! Just make sure your app is updated to the latest version.

My release radar that I got yesterday was totally not my own. It was full of genres and languages I never listen to and I was highly confused. Today it's just gone and unavailable. This is really the only playlist I listen to on a daily basis. Maybe the fact mines was so wrong when it released and now its been removed makes me feel like it was a known bug and they have disabled it to work on a fix.

Same here, can't even believe this kind of issue happen, when it's just an algorithm. 

Hope you're paying properly your engineers!

Mine also says "This content is no longer available, would you like to remove it from your library?"

I'm having the same problem! Last week my RR was 10 hours long and filled with weird songs far out of my usual genre and language. This week it started off unavailable, popped back up for a few minutes then cut off and disappeared. Now it just says "Content no longer available. Go home and play something else". Support yesterday tried to help but finally suggested making a new profile. It's upsetting to curate an algorithm for 10+ years and be told to just make a new account.

The RR has been playing up for me for a few weeks at least, I wasn't getting new releases from my favourite artists in the mix & most of the songs were weeks old. Now the RR is "no longer available". Annoying. Please fix.

Same here. A monstrous 12 hours long playlist available for a while and then the "no longer available" page. This and my Discover weekly are probably my most played all these years.
