Shared Playlists section missing in Spotify Kids

We’re receiving reports that Shared Playlists are not showing up in the Spotify Kids app. The issue is affecting multiple devices.

Yes, fix this please, we are quite upset. I tried it now on two devices (android AND iOS) and the shared playlist tile still doesn’t show, whereas it was there the day before yesterday. As it was never installed on the iOS device and still doesn’t work, I assume, that this is a problem Spotify has to deal with. Please fix that bug!!

 I am having the same problem. 
1. Spotify kids is on an iPad, iOS 17.6,  Spotify Kids version 1.41.0.15 same on my iphone

2. I have made the playlists public, then probated them and made them public again. Removed and re added shared playlists, tried old and new playlists, copied over old playlists to brand new playlist, logged out and back in to both my and kids Spotify accounts, force quit reopened, repeated all of these steps in various combinations

3. Adding the playlist to my profile did not make a difference 

4. Yes, the shared playlist section is missing from the kids profile

5. Yes, the playlists are visible in the grown up section - check marked and confirmed as shared. 
6. im sure the problem is, that yon disappeared the shared playlists in the kids app

My Question or Issue

Hi,
on my son’s iPad the „Shared with you“ (GER „Mit dir geteilt“) isn’t showing up anymore since 3 days or so. I can only find thousands of help articles if one or more playlists not showing. But the whole Category is missing.
What I have tried:
- deleted and reinstalled the Kids app
- removed and added some of the playlists in the settings
- configured a new kid and shared playlists with it
- installed the kids app on another device
Nothing helps. There are only the categories Recent and Explore left.

I have the same issue, was on chat with the support team for more than 3 hours. They didn’t help 😮‍💨

The entire "Shared with You" section is not showing up in Spotify Kids.

I've tried every suggested solution in this thread so far with no luck:

• Changed playlist to private and back to public
• Toggled playlist sharing on and off
• Added playlists to grown up profile
• Made and shared playlists from different devices
• Logged out and back in
• Deleted app and reinstalled
• Restarted device

Have you tried fixing it on your end, Spotify?

We are having the same issue on two different devices.

A Motorola g power 2025 android version 15 and a fanvace M32 music player android version 13. Up until just a few days ago we had the shared playlists tile on the app. Hopefully there can be a fix soon...

Same issue on iPhone13, 7 or 6 with latest OS and App version. Also on Premium.

I am having the same issue.  My 10 year old has been using spotify kids app with shared music for over a year.  We have changed nothing about how i have shared music with her.  The shared section just disappeared.   We tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times.  Please fix this asap.

I just downloaded Spotify kids for my daughter for her birthday so that we could listen to shared playlists together. 

- Both of us have apple devices with OS 18.5

- I deleted the app and reinstalled just to see if it would work, turned off both devices and back on, deleted playlists and recreated, and also made them private and public again. None of this worked.

- There is no shared playlist section on my child's app.

- The playlist does show up as shared in the grown-up section.

This whole ordeal has been extremely frustrating! Please help!

We are having the same issue. I've tried reinstalling things. I've tried copying playlists. I've tried making new playlists. I've tried this from my phone and from a web browser. Nothing seems to get the playlists to show up in my kids' spotify accounts.
