Shared Playlists section missing in Spotify Kids

We’re receiving reports that Shared Playlists are not showing up in the Spotify Kids app. The issue is affecting multiple devices.

Has been working fine and now my daughter said the playlists I have shared have disappeared. One does show up in her recently played but none of the others. Shared playlists no longer showing as an option. If I login into the adult section on her spotify kids app it shows all the playlists I have shared but not in her section of the app

I also updated her phone to iOS 18.5 and repeated the same troubleshooting steps as above, no change.

Same problem here... No shared playlist section and longer visible... Only in recently played one still appears. Tried on different devices, app up to date.

I am having the same issue and have tried all of the suggestions listed above. The ‘shared with me’ section is not visible in the Kids app

I am also having the same issue. I just upgraded our account to the Premium Family option today to allow my daughter to use Spotify Kids. She was disappointed that some of her favorite songs weren’t on there, so I created a new playlist, made sure it was public, and added it to her Spotify Kids app from the parent section. It shows I have added multiple playlists to her app, but the shares with me section isn’t visible at all once she is back in the app. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, signed out and back in multiple times, and created 3 new playlists to try and make it work. Her iPad is up-to-date, and so is my phone. Not sure what I can do to make this work!

Hi, are you going to release an update to deal with this? The shared playlists banner has disappeared and most of the shared playlists also. Why the **bleep** have you changed it? When are you fixing it? I’ve had accounts for years, of the persists were moving service.

Same Problem here. The shared playlist section is missing since two or three days. Reinstalling the kids app didnt help. iPhone SE with ios 18.5 and spotify kids 1.41.0.15

I am having the same problem.
1. Spotify kids is on an iPhone SE, iOS 18.5, Spotify Kids version 1.41.0

2. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling spotify kids app, logging back in, restarting the phone, removing and re-sharing playlists, creating a new playlist and then sharing. I also tried to make lists private and then back to public. The shared playlists are not visible.

3. Yes, the shared playlist section is missing from the kids profile

4. Yes, the playlists are visible in the grown up section - check marked and confirmed as shared.

I am having the same problem! I have Spotify 1.41.0.15. We use Spotify kids on an iPhone 14, iPad, and an android mp3 device. It just started happening suddenly on all of them- that the shared playlists no longer show up. I deleted the app, reinstalled, restarted our devices, I shared the playlist, reshared the playlist. I even created a new kid profile and shared a playlist, nothing’s working. I’ve been talking in circles with a Spotify person via chat and it’s been zero help. Please help! Spotify kids is the ONLY reason I pay for premium.

Same issue here, the kids are saying that the ‘Shared with you’ tile has disappeared and they can only access now through ‘recently played’. A fix would be great please!
