Shuffle Play button has disappeared

Users are reporting that the Shuffle Play button has disappeared. This seems to be happening on iPhones only. The Shuffle button is missing both from playlists and in the Now Playing view next to the Play-button.

Same issue here. Once I join a new premium plan there is no shuffle button on my Premium Account. Doesn’t seem worth the money I’m paying for since this is an issue to most people.

My shuffle button has disappeared. Another issue is that even though i can press shuffle when a song is playing, if i press on a different song the shuffle with turn off. I have to keep repressing it. It is annoying.

Even after getting a premium I can’t enjoy it ads keep playing on and can’t access to more music , can’t listen to specific part

The shuffle button at the top next to the play button is missing when I click on a playlist. This issue is present on both my iPhone and iPad. For context, I recently joined a family premium account from a premium individual account. The original individual account still shows the shuffle button, but the new account does not. I have tried logging in and out, deleting the app, restarting my devices etc. and nothing will bring back the button. Pls fix bug soon, thx!

My shuffle play button on my podcasts playlist has disappeared. Is this a known bug that will be fixed or an intentional change. This was a very useful feature for me so i dont know why its gone for me.

I can not find it in my podcasts playlist, but available in my songs playlist

Une honte !!!!!!! Je paie pour un service qui a disparu  !!! Plus de bouton lecture aléatoire et le service client me balade entre les versions c’est votre iPhone , la lecture aléatoire est restée sur un groupe d’utilisateurs dont vous ne faites ps partie !!!! C’est scandaleux personne que fait rien !!! Mais par contre on prélève mon compte !bancaire !! En abonnement partagé family j avais accès à la lecture aléatoire , depuis que je suis seule je n’ai plus ce choix !!! Tous les amis l’ont !!! Aucune solution ne m’est apportée et mm pas un geste commercial alors que je paie un service que je n ai pas !!!!

I recently created a new spotify account and when I try to play one of my playlists there’s no shuffle button unless i click on the song that is currently playing and shuffle it from there. I deleted the app and re-installed twice and the issue was not solved.

 Even with the most recent update, I STILL continue to have the same issue as everyone else who is missing the shuffle button. This is only happening on my phone, which is an Android, not iPhone. I uninstalled/restarted/updated/reinstalled, etc. I've gone thru this dance many many times over the past few months trying to get shuffle back. What happened gradually over time is that the shuffle button disappeared from one playlist after another. If I create a new playlist in the desktop app or the web version, there's no shuffle button when that playlist shows up on my phone (even though it's there in the desktop app). If I copy all the content from an existing playlist to a new one, there's no shuffle button on the phone. I have over a dozen playlists, and only 3 of them have a shuffle button now.

This is beyond frustrating. Playlists are pretty much useless to me without shuffle.
