Spotify charts not updating

We're currently experiencing a technical issue that is impacting how some of our chart data is displayed.

Hello! I noticed that the Spotify Charts has not updated for the September 5th chart, and neither have any of the features on Spotify itself like stream counts, monthly listeners, and followers? Is this intentional or is there something down in the backend?

Thanks for posting here and welcome.

In this case, we'd recommend you log out and log in twice in a row onto your Spotify account. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.

If issues persist afterwards, we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

• The make/model and OS of the affected device. 
• The exact Spotify version you're running there.
• Are you seeing new entries on the playlists?
• Does this happen across all your devices?
• Does this happen regardless of the playlist you choose? How often do you notice those get updated?

Same. No update since 4th. Still gathering info. Also, my newest release is stuck in processing Yellow dot.
