Add a mechanism to report ad abuse

There needs to be a simple way to reprote problems and abuses for the ads that play on Spotify. At the moment there is no way to provide this feedback to ensure that the ads which play are useful and engaging, not offensive or inappropriate.

For example, there was a recent survey from Spotify itself, "answer the survey to win a free month of Premium", the survey is misleading as only certain listeners in certain age ranges are actually allowed to participate. Ads like this are extremely insulting, the creators should be blocked from placing any more ads on Spotify. 

The Spotify needs to add a way for listeners to report adversizing abuses such as this.
