[All Platforms] Option to Remove Trojan ads

There really needs to be a way to filter or remove these horrid Trojan ads. I get it. It's close to Valentine's Day and our culture encourages sexual activity to everybody but PLEASE can I not have that come on as I am listening to my music in public!?!?! Other people have expressed this exact same problem years ago.

Before you redirect to me to other links and discussions, tell me to get premium, or change my age,  please take this issue much more seriously!

I have already poured through multiple Idea posts where it got the standard answer:

Some of these posts originated nearly 5 years ago! I honestly believe that nothing has actually been done about it. It's as if Spotify management keeps brushing it under the mat because they make so much money from it. Please, for the love of all things good and holy, do something about it!
