[Blackberry] Connection Problem

Hi everybody! 
I have a Blackberry 9300 with Spotify, that worked perfectly until the past few days. 
My problem is that Spotify is unable to connect when I want to use it through my 3G Connection, is always offline, but when I use it through Wifi, it works perfectly, and never offline.
I have tried several times, reinstalling, but it doesn´t solve the problem, I have talked with my mobile company, and they say there is no kind of restriction with the Spotify App, so it is not a problem with the company.
Anybody could help me? I would be really thankful!

Normally this happens because Spotify can't connect via BIS so Spotify needs to connect via your carriers own network. Normally those settings are left blank, so if you wish to use Spotify, you need to make sure your carrier APN is set correctly on your device so Spotify knows how to connect to the internet via your carrier.
