I can't remove songs from the queue that I don't want to play. Fix your software, this should not be an issue. (Premium user, Mac Desktop Client, Fresh Installation)

It's not there.
You can try this:
Yes, you can hit delete, but I suggest making a basic function like this something other than a keybind. It's poor UI/UX; the three dots and context menu are there to give users extra controls to control their experience. The three dots and context menu are an expectation- a keybind, which isn't listed anywhere in the application, is not, and it's not really an appropriate solution to this problem.
I'm having the same problem. My daughter likes to listen to Spotify on our Amazon Echo but it often includes explicit songs in the autoplay. This would be fine, but I can't remove them using either my laptop (MacOS, latest Spofity version) or my phone (iphone 15, latest OS and Spotify). Have tried right click and remove, click 3 dots and remove, and select song and press backspace key. None of these work. Spotify, you need to get your act together. This has been ongoing for months.
Hey there,
Thanks for posting in the thread!
@Haggishunt56 - Just to confirm, have you tried following the steps mentioned by @Ivelina earlier in the thread?
Another option is to temporality disable Explicit content while you're listening through the Echo device. This way, no songs with the Explicit tag should play during that time.
Hope this helps!
The only solution is to reinstall the application? This happens to me ALL the time, the solution is to keep re-installing it? what a drag... 🙄
