Can't rewind or fast forward a song to a certain timestamp

I can't find any articles or tutorials on how to fix this. The last time I used Spotify, (which was about 3 months ago), I'm not having any problems or anything related to this. Is this some kind of update?

To get a better understanding of the situation, it'd be great if you could send us some more details such as:

• Does this happen on multiple devices and what are the brands, models and their OS-versions?
• Does this happen only when you're listening to songs or even if you're listening to podcasts?
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far such as a clean reinstall for example?
• Have you tried on the same device(s) with a different Spotify account?
• Are you using the app in offline mode?
