Cannot listen to songs offline even with offline mode on

I recently swapped from one family plan to another and now I cannot listen to songs offline. After turning on offline mode they will turn unplayable after 10-15 minutes. I have tried reinstalling spotify, being reinvited to the plan, and logging in and out with no success. When I log out and try to log back in now it will say that there is an error and that I cannot log back in after downloading my songs.

Just to make sure, have you performed a clean reinstall as described here? If this did not help, make sure to check out this Ongoing Issue thread. We are investigating similar behaviors there.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I tried clean reinstalling and trying it on another device with the same outcome, with me being able to listen for a bit until it will say that the song is unavailable.

As mentioned above by @Dian, this is a behavior that's being investigated in this thread. So we recommend having a look at it and providing us there with the info we'll need to report it.
