How can I change the time display? 1:54:02 instead of 114:02 for example? I have Android and PC.

My apologies if this topic has already been covered.  I searched the community but could not find an answer.  I have Spotify installed on my Windows 10 PC and my Android phone.  I go back and forth between the two only to be confused by the different methods of time display on both.  My PC displays 1:54:02 (hours, minutes, seconds) while my phone displays 114:02 (minutes, seconds) at the same point in the podcast, for example.  I have not seen any setting on either device to change the time display format under settings, preferences, or anywhere else.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
