Why all pays, and how i can get my music to spotify FOR FREE.

All aggregators which have deals to get content on Spotify are listed here:

Not sure about cost, but the majority of them do charge a small fee and take a percentage of your royalties as payment.

All Spotify content must come from an approved source to stop people uploading pirated content.
