My Question or Issue
I was reorganizing my Spotify Playlists and upon clicking on one of the folders, my entire Library disappeared.
I've not been able to fix this issue, and I've tried the following things.
Deleting Browsing Data
- Browsing History
- Download History
- News Usage Data
- Cookies and Other Site Data
- Cached Images and Files
- Site Settings
- Hosted App Data
Upon doing this, my Library is brought back, but as soon as I click on the Playlists folder, it disappears again. I don't know what's causing this.
Restore My Playlists doesn't work because the playlists aren't deleted, they're just not showing up on the tab at all.
Any advice? Thanks.

Thanks for the replies, folks!
We've forwarded this to the attention of our tech team who'll investigate further. We'll keep you posted as soon as we have any updates, stay tuned! 👍
Thanks for your reply!
I was able to replicate this on the Web player using Chrome, so I'll make sure to pass this report to the right team. In order to do so, would you mind confirming the browser you're using and its current version? If you're using Chrome you only need to go to the 3 dot menu in the top right > Help > About Chrome.
I also checked with the desktop app and it works fine over there, so we don't think there's something wrong with your account. In the mean time, we'd like you to use the desktop app if possible, while the issue with the web player is resolved.

My Question or Issue
The content of the right bar disappeared when creating a new folder
If someone tells me how to correct it, I would appreciate it.
Hey, @novedades2022
Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us here!
Could you share a screenshot of what you see, please? Also, have you already tried to open your library on another device or platform, like on your phone or using the Web Player? If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend that you do, just to know if this specific issue you're mentioning is affecting your account or your device.
Keep me posted and stay awesome! 🎶
I've already figured out where the problem is. I had to delete a folder I had created in favorites because whenever I tried to open it, it disappeared from the left column. Now it doesn't happen anymore, but if anyone knows why the favorites in the left column disappear when I create a new folder and click on it, please let me know. Thanks.
Hey, just wanna let you know, it's not just you. I've created a post similar to this one. Folders won't open on Web Browsers right now.

If you wanna follow the progress on this, check out my thread and add your input. It'd be greatly appreciated.
I've got the same issue and I have a post about it here:

They said they'd bring it up to their team, but I think your input would be greatly appreciated.

Spotify's left sidebar is all black in every browser, Chrome, Firefox and Brave. I cleared my browser cache and it worked again until I clicked a folder in Spotify and the left side went black again. All the black you see in the picture on the left of the music should be a sidebar of my folders and playlists.

My Question or Issue
I opened one of my playlist folders, and suddenly my entire library is missing. It's just grey, as if it's permanently stuck loading the folder's contents. It only had a few playlists and another folder inside it. There's no back button or anything.
Hey @ElysianEyes, thanks for jumping here.
I've gone ahead and merged this post to the one you kindly flagged to me so we can keep all the feedback in one place. If there are any updates, we'll let you know over here 🙂
i pressed folder on the side bat/panel, the one that show's my playlists and who I follow, it disappeared once I pressed folder, don't know how to get it back
I am having the same issue, left side panel is blank (started yesterday) when I open the Spotify web browser. 😞
Hey Spotify, I understand the options are limited on a mobile, website, browser computer or whatever but please please PLEASE let the library be a part of the limited things. This would make life easier for many individuals including, myself, friends, and family. Please take this into consideration.

I have the same issue. It started as I tried to make a new folder and as soon as i clicked it entire library panel disappeared. If I delete cookies I can see library again but the first click makes it go away once more. I installed the WebApp and everything is fine there, so the issue is solely in the web browser version.
It seems the issue has been fixed overnight! I'm able to click on Folders again and they now open properly.
Thank you for your support!
The version of Chrome I'm using is Version 135.0.7049.116
Mine is also currently working. I'm scared to try to edit my playlists again though.
Has anyone tried it?
I can't use the app at work and have to use the browser.
When I realized mine was working again, I did just that. My playlists are all good on my side. Hopefully yours too.
Logged back in today, left side bar is back to normal and all folders, playlists, artist are visible 😀
All seems to be working smoothly by far.Crossing fingers for stability ✨
