My profile code is different from my profile picture.

I would like my profile picture to be on the profile code. However the profile code has a picture from a previous profile picture I uploaded. How to fix this?

We'll need more information about the issue. Then we can investigate this further.

What happens when you try changing the picture? Do you get an error message? If so, you can send us a screenshot of it. Just make sure that any sensitive info is not visible. We'll investigate this further.

In the meantime we'd suggest you restart the device and then log out and log back in again. Then you can give these steps a go.

If the issue persists, it's a good idea to try on another device. Does the issue persist?
