 Cant use PlayStation app because it says I already have an account linked To it although I never had one. How do I disconect the other one in order to use mine?

Have you tried unlinking PlayStation™Network accounts here?

If that doesn't work, and you don't have access to the PSN profile, I suggest you to talk to the folks at PlayStation. They'll be the best folks to help you out.
