Hi,
The thread below is closed but I am having the same issue everyone else there was having:
Get me in touch with someone who can help me with this and please do not tell me to reach out to some other customer service channel.
I have started gaining more followers on a couple of my playlists over the last several months and now they are continually being wrongfully reported. I keep getting emails from Spotify saying I am breaking Terms Of Service and immediately my cover image, playlist title, and description are taken down.
This has happened over and over again, even when uploading new cover photos and changing the playlist names & descriptions. I've reached out to support over messenger 3 times and they've been no help, saying I need to email support@ to solve this. That would be fine except for the fact that I've sent 6 emails to support over the last month and no one has replied!! I even reached out on Twitter and again, no response. Spotify's customer service has been one of the worst I've ever dealt with, which is really surprising and a shame.
These are the 2 playlists currently being targeted (but it has happened to others in the past). There really needs to be a vetting process for these reports as it causes massive headaches for those of us who are affected.

Search for "yaktam" my handle.
Look under users.
Then under my posts, "Takedown Notifications"
Along with a nudge from a fellow poster, and ChatGPT's help, I created a script to automatically rename your playlist, etc.
Every hour if need be.
You're being targetted by a malicious user. For reasons unknown.
This levels the playing field.
Yeah I noticed any playlist with "elevator music" in the title or description gets reported by a troll. Presumably someone trying to kick other playlists out of the search results so their own playlist is always on top.
It's frustrating. I did not make my playlist for the fake internet points. I'm just trying to share the music I found with people who want to search for it.
Read my posts in the thread "Takedown Notifications." Its a long thread, but it will answer all your questions.
Even my freshly created playlists have thier name nanosecond later deleted. What is going on?
Are you a FREE user or a PREMIUM (paid) user?
Are any of your playlists PUBLIC? And still accessible?
That is super weird.
I'm premium user. I have public and accessible playlists. After they took down my podcast i can't edit any playlist or even name a new one and edit my profile. 😕
They won’t even tell you that, they say there’s nothing to do about it and end the support chat.
EXACTLY! Just contacted them and they said "We don't have any more information to share, but we'll be here if you need help with anything else." What is even the point of their support?
As a premium user, just a hunch, but can't you have like 5 users on the same account? Have you used all 5 users up? If not, can you start a new user, to see if that user is afflicted with the same problem?
Hey @roopot, thanks for reaching out to the Community!
Typically, takedown notices are issued for playlists that violate Platform Rules - which you can read here. If you read those rules and your playlist/playlists don't break them we recommend that you head over to this idea. You can give it a like and Subscribe to it so you don't miss any updates.
I hope this clears things up.
Lol.
Billy. Seriously. Not to be facetious, but is this your first time on Spotify?
Find a playlist. Even your own. Right click on it. Report it.
Right at the bottom of all the possible reasons you might want to report a playlist, lurks this one:
If you choose this option, Spotify may keep a record of your feedback, but the content will not be reviewed against Spotify's Platform Rules
Rules don't matter to Spotify. The new "woke" and "cancel" culture does.
