Presale codes

I have a Family Premium plan and I'm trying to get a presale code for a Local Natives concert at First Avenue in Minneapolis.

I haven't received one in email and there doesn't seem to be a place for me to find it on the site or in the app.

Any advice?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

Pre-sale codes are being sent by email to some artists' biggest fans, determined using listening data. Selected fans will receive an email which contains a link to follow to take advantage of the offer. However, we can't guarantee that everyone will receive one. 

You can go to your account page's notification settings to make sure you get Spotify News and Offers. You can also make sure that Spotify has your correct email address.

If you haven't received an email with a pre-sale code, we're afraid you're not eligible for this one.
