Spotify activity won't post to Facebook

Hi there - apologies if this is in the wrong thread. (Seemed the most appropriate)

I've been using Spotify (free) for a while now, and it used to share my Spotify activity to Facebook by showing recent songs I'd listened to in a section on the left hand side of my profile. 

Now, it doesn't show anything, unless I go to 'View Activity Log' under my cover photo, and change each track from 'Allowed on timeline' to 'Shown on timeline'. This results in each song being posted as if I'd shared a link in individual status updates, which will drown out any of my actual statuses. 

Was wondering if anyone knows how to get it to go back to showing songs I've listened to in a separate section?
