Spotify not syncing between Windows and Android

My Question or Issue

As the title suggests, if I save a song on my mobile, it won't show up as being saved on Windows when I go on my PC, and vice versa. I've tried deleting the cache, which worked only once, but now it's a recurring issue and I want a permanent fix.

It's very easy to create an account with us. Perhaps you have a second account and are not logging into the same account on both your devices. So try to log out an all devices and then try logging back into the same account. Additionally you could take a look at this page which helps you to find any additional account you might have.

It's definitely the same account, this is a problem that has only started occurring within the last few months

Try reinstalling the app using these instructions. When you've reinstalled the app and are about to log in, be sure to log in using the same credentials, just to be on the safe side 🙂
