My Question or Issue

I've been experiencing this problem for atleast a month already. But when my phone is in lock screen mode, it will not let me backtrack or seek back to a track, but only let's me go forward. I am not sure if there is a setting in my phone or spotify to fix this issue, but it is really really annoying! Any help would be much appreciated!

Just a quick question to rule out - Have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if it clears up the concern?
