Annoying overlay:

Same here. Same is happening with windows spotify popup window (just imagine the overlay here as I was not able to screenshot that)

So OOTB windows 11 experience with spotify is worse because of this annoying overlay. Maybe we should push the buttons up a bit on screenshot #1 or to either side.

On screenshot #2 I don't believe we have control over buttons positions, but it is impossible to click them when media volume button is overlayed.

Hey @Gabash,

Thanks for reaching out!

This slider seems to be the new Windows 11 pop-up volume changer.
It's set in its middle position, which is bound to get displayed over many applications, and I don't think there's an in-built way to change where it appears. I suppose this is the reason why you've come to us and we thank you for the provided feedback 🙂

However, with this in mind, I do believe it would be better to address this issue with Microsoft instead of Spotify and in this Microsoft thread it's explained how you can directly submit your feedback and ideas to them 🙌🏼

Hope this helps! We're here for you in case there's anything else.

P.S. Keep in mind you can also use the desktop mini player for an easier access to the app buttons.

Yeah. Nice one. Will try. However, whole point of this ticket was to improve UX for vanilla Windows 11 users.
