A family member does not see shared playlists

A family member does not see shared playlists

Hello,

 

we have a family account. Unfortunately, our son can´t see our playlists and we can´t see his, even though we shared the playlists. We also follow each other. Does anyone have any idea what we can do?

Can you confirm if you're talking about the Family Mix or a collaborative playlists?

 

It would also be great if you can let us know if this occur on one specific device or multiple devices?

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, it's about a collaborative playlist / s. I suspect that this is a general problem as it occurs on all devices: iphone 8/10/11, Mac Book and PC.
Do you have an idea for a solution?

Thanks for getting back in touch and for the clarification. 

 

Could you let us know what happens when your son opens the shared link in the app? Also, sending us a screenshot of what he sees would come in handy. Make sure not to include any private information.

 

If he can open it in the app, we suggest that you ask him to follow it so it'll appear in his Library.
