We have a family plan. My son is on it and can access the plan on his phone. He did not autosave the password so he does not remember it. When he goes to reset the password it says that it has sent a reset to his email but we have no idea which email they used. He did get one email but when he logged in with that email it did open an account but it was for a free account and not the family account. How do we find out which email he used for the family account?
