Add member to family plan that already has premium account

My Question or Issue

I have a family plan and am trying to add my family members. My sister already has a premium account and wants to join the family plan but doesnt want to lose her current settings and playlists. Can she join the family plan without losing her current playlists and account settings? Or does she have to start a new account/downgrade her account?

Thanks for reaching out.

She can accept the invite using her existing account or a new account - that's totally up to her 🙂 Even Spotify Free users can save content or create playlists, so there's no reason why she would lose any of her stuff.
