Hi! I've got the solution with a workaround thanks to spotify chat support. They said me not to use the link received in the invitation mail but after connecting to the platform insert manually this address in the browser:
https://www.spotify.com/family/redeem/
Doing this you should be redirect to the code insert page and then to the page with name and address information. After filling all information press the button continue and eventually it'll work.

I have as well! I was able to add my brother to my plan about 2 months ago, but today I've tried to add my mother (who lives at the same address as us) and I get stuck on that screen as well. I've hit the "Confirm" button at least 10 times, and nothing seems to happen.

I'm not sure what you mean by connecting to the platform. I had a premium account and for Christmas I decided to upgrade to the family plan. I've invited the people I wanted to add, but every time they receive an email it gives a redeem code and a button to click to accept the invitation, and a link to click on. When I click on the link or the accept invite, it goes right to my account overview page and I see nothing else to add redeem code. I've even signed out of my account and tried like the help support suggested and it is still not working. Do all the people I invite have to create their own accounts first?
