My account was changed to Free because you couldn't verify my address.

I'd appreciate it if you could fix this error.

I have the same issue. The address matches the owner of the subscription, but it doesn't work. Please help.

This is an issue that a lot of Premium for Family users experience. The best way to go about this is to get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at your account and see what's happening behind the scenes.
