My Question or Issue

Hello,

 

I was a manager of Premium Duo with one of my family members. The plan is going to end on September 3rd, I cancelled it because I want to move to Premium Family with more of my family members. However, this time the manager is someone else, so they sent me a link through which I should be able to join the plan. However, when I enter our address, a message shows up which says something like: ,,A problem has occurred. Please try again later.’’ I have tried to get through many times already, but no luck, I am just unable to join the plan, the same message appears again and again. The other members have joined the plan with no problems, even the one I shared the Premium Duo with before. Could it be connected with the fact that I was the manager of the Premium Duo before somehow? Or what is the issue here? I’d really appreciate any help.

The reason you're unable to join is because you're currently the owner of a Premium Duo plan. 🙂

 

Once the plan has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite.

The reason you're unable to join is because you're currently the owner of a Premium Duo plan. 🙂

 

Once the plan has ended, you'll be able to accept the invite.

We, my son and me have the same problem. He can‘t join in the Premium Family Account. He has also a Premium Duo Account. Maybe he is the Manager.

But what happens with his Playlists if he finish his Premium Duo Account at first? 
How can he switch without problems?
