Can’t join another family plan despite over 12 months???

My Question or Issue

Got kicked out of my family plan since it’s the subscription period ended. Trying to join a new one but the error that says I can only join one every 12 months still popped up. I went back and check my subscription date last year and it was clearly past 12 months. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING

 

I know I can use a new account but I’m not going to go through all the hassles also my old account already has the algorithm for my music preferences so I’d very much intend to keep using it.

If you've passed the date you last switched plans, then you should be able to join a different one now.

 

Can you please give it a try in an incognito window to see if that makes any difference? You can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies as well. Using a different device or asking the plan manager to send you a new invite might make a difference, too.
