Family members told wrong address and I can't change mine

My Question or Issue

 

My family member says our address is showing as incorrect. When I go to check I can only select my province, not even see or change my billing address. I'm sure they're putting the correct address.

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thanks for reaching out to us!

Take a look at this official support article below to get help changing your Family address. Keep in mind only the plan manager can change the address or manage the members.

If the issue persists, share with me a screenshot of what you see when trying to change the address. You could also consider performing the steps to change it on an incognito tab of your browser or even using another device.
