Can't see my family members.

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to see my family members so I want to manage the accounts, but the link to get there is just not working. 

I tried to go to My account>Family Members, but the option is not there. 
Then I went to your help section and you have a link to get me there. 

It only shows the loading logo and then says that there's an error and I will have to try again soon. 

I am the one who created the Family Members, I got invitations to all of them but I can't get to that part. 

Could you help me, please?

Have you tired using a different browser/incognito web page to see if it becomes visible to you ?

Clearing your cache might help also.

Tried on Edge, Chrome and Firefox.
Same issue. No management option in my account> going to help section> finding link > Loading> Error.
