My Question or Issue

I was excited to see managed accounts for <13 users announced for US users yesterday. However, having followed the directions, I've been unable to do so in my account.

 

I can confirm that I am in the US on a Family Premium plan and have two available accounts. When I go to manage users, the only options I have are the normal invite for users older than 13 and Spotify Kids. Has it not actually rolled out yet or am I experiencing an error?

Same here. I’m in the US and have been checking/trying all day.

If you're not seeing the Managed Accounts option, we'd suggest logging out and back in a couple of times in your mobile app and making sure that it's up to date.

 

If you still can't find the feature, it could be that it still hasn't been activated for your accounts. Rest assured though, it is coming your way soon.

Logging out and in several times didn't trigger any change, so hopefully it pushes soon.

Maybe Spotify shouldn't announce a new feature until it is active. Waiting for a rollout is not acceptable for a paid service.

The "Add a listener aged under 13" step here (https://support.spotify.com/us/article/managed-accounts-for-premium-family/) is not showing up for me at all. 

Just to clarify, I am in the US, so not sure why it's not showing up.

Same here, Only  not in US but in the Netherlands

Same here, in the Netherlands. Have been in contact with Spotify and tried countless things, but guessing my account just isn't part of the rollout yet.

 

I reinstalled, logged out and in, deleted app and cache. Used incognito and even changed payment details to forcefully set the country (again) to the Netherlands. But keep getting the se option when managing the family account.... a link (Kids account instellen) to a non-existing Spotify Kids app here in the App-store.

Same here in Austraila. Spotify has done press releases saying this feature is available, then go on to tell us it's not available yet.
