Cannot join Family Sub

Hello,

 

today I got kicked out of my Family Subscription while going on a walk (in the morning it still worked).

 

I tried to rejoin with the link from my mother and it constantly says Im in an other country, which in fact I'm not, lol. The address is correct and I don't use a VPN, I was on vacation in Switzerland tho, but this was 2 weeks ago and I had no problems.

 

I tried contacting the German support but they are just closing my chats 3x in a row saying it must be a technical issue, which it must be, so my only hope is still forum.

 

Please helps, the support doesn't support..

Please ask your mother to check her account's country settings on the following page: https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/ 🙂

You can also check yours there, as they must match.

we got the same country and the same location. Also no VPNS are active, I also tried it with other devices, no success.

 

the German Support told me I’m permabanned from joining this specific familyplan which must be a sick joke since Im literally at the same location.. I think someone has to manual unban me

In that case, you can either try to join another Premium Family/Duo plan with members from the same household or start your own Premium plan at https://spotify.com/premium.

Vivo con mi madre que es la titular de el plan familiar, hace no mucho nos hemos cambiado de país y mi madre cambió la dirección del premium familiar. Al momento de unirme con la invitación me aparece estoy en otro país pero ya he cambiado el país y la dirección de mi spotify, no sé que puedo hacer para solucionar este problema.

hello i can't login into one of friends spotify family plan with the invite even though, i am inputing the same address it keeps giving me the same reason that i am in another country when i am in the same city and state as well and even though my account profile says i am in india its still gives the me the same reason when i try to join the spotify family plan that i am in another country i have tried everything from vpn to changing my payment method nothing is working and not even spotify support is able to figure out this issue and yes the support removed my current spotify premium and i tired to join it still didn't work gives me the same reason , any help on this issue?
