Changed to Family Plan and the suscription is not updating

Changed to Family Plan and the suscription is not updating

Hi! On August 13th I updated my Spotify Premium Account to Premium Family (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-x-x) but the suscription is not changing at all, it still says Individual Premium (July 22th xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx-x-x).

I dont know what to do right now... any help?

The change from individual to Family should have an immediate effect.
If this isn't so - please contact our support folks, so that they can take a look at your account.
