My Question or Issue

 

hi, I am trying to add the 5th person to my family premium account and my account doesn’t even have the option to add anyone else to it. No link button or invite to family account. Help!

Welcome to the Community!

 

There are a few main reasons why this might be the case. It's possible that you're not logged in on the account page for the profile that is owner of the Family plan, but rather on an account that is added as a member on the plan - only one account is able to add and remove people from the plan and you need to make sure you're logged in there to be able to do these actions. Check with your family if any of them see the options and that should solve the conundrum.

 

The other possibility is that you have 2 accounts with us and you're logged in on the one that isn't the Family plan owner, so you're not seeing the options. You can see how to to locate other accounts you might have with us with the steps here.
