My Question or Issue

My family is receiving emails that say:
"Your Premium Family plan will end soon.

Since your account manager has cancelled your Premium Family plan, you're set to move onto a Free account in 2 days."

 

I have not cancelled my plan - in fact I just renewed it yesterday and set up and verified the billing method.  My plan management also shows them as being active.  

Why are they getting these emails?

Members of a Premium Family/Duo plan shouldn't receive such email if the plan is still active and gets renewed. You can check your subscription here.

 

If you or any of the plan members are experiencing issues using the Premium features within the app, I recommend checking out this support article.
