Family subscription not in the same address

Hey there,

I want to subscribe for a family plan and add my son who is currently in the army(comes back home every other week).

His official address is still our home.

Is it possible to include him?

Hey @Nadavum, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

In order to join a Premium Family plan, it’s required to reside at the same physical address at the time of signup. In your case, what I’d recommend is whenever your son gets back home, you can invite him to your plan and he should be good to go when he goes back and comes home every other week.
