Det kort som jag tidigare betalat mitt Famllyabonnemang har bytts mot ett nytt kort som tydligen inte godkänns.
Hur skall jag göra för att återfå abonnemanget?

Hey there! Happy to help and I hope you don't mind me replying in English. 

 

This may happen if the new card is registered in a country that does not match what is on your Spotify account. If the countries do match, then I would try updating your payment method following these steps using a different browser or private window.

 

If you're still having trouble, send me a screenshot of any error messages that you receive, making sure that you hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
