Lost kids account favorites

After changing my payment method due to my credit card changing, my account was somehow downgraded from family to premium individual. A day later, after changing it back to family, I've found all of my kids accounts are gone and their favorites are wiped out. What!?  Please tell me how to restore these. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out.

When a Premium Family plan ends, all members get removed from it. This, unfortunately, also includes Spotify Kids accounts. When updating the payment method as described here, your plan should stay the same.
