Few days ago i decided to join to family plan. I invited all the four housemates. Everly label said that the invitation link was sent to everyone, but only one od them got the mail with invitation link. All the family has gmail adresses and that is weird... I tried to invite them again and again, but it didnโt solve the problem. Assuming only two od five members(one is me) can use the plan with no problem.

Did they check the spam folder? Also check if there are no other rules defined in gmail that will move incoming messages to a seperate folder.

Can you post a screenshot of how your account overview page looks with the invites (the ones which have been sent but not accepted should say "pending")? Make sure that any sensitive information is removed.
