Não consigo entrar no plano premium familiar

My Question or Issue

Não consigo acessar o plano família. Minha irmã e eu pagamos pelo Premium duo a um tempo atrás, e então meu pai decidiu fazer o plano família. Entretanto depois de esperar o cancelamento do plano anterior (duo), não consigo entrar no plano família. O que é revoltante, já que minha irmã conseguiu.

Agradeceria se pudessem resolver meu problema.

Can you let me know what happens when you try to join the Premium for Family plan? Are you getting error messages? Keep in mind that, in order to join the plan, you need to be living with the plan manager and enter the same address as the plan manager upon joining the plan.
